DASK covers material damages caused directly by earthquake and material damages you and your loved ones may suffer due to fire, explosion, giant wave (tsunami) or landslide caused by the earthquake.
We offer Compulsory Earthquake Insurance product under the guarantee of Natural Disaster Insurance Institution (DASK).

- Fire, explosion, tsunami, earthquake resulting from an earthquake
Who Can Benefit?
Buildings defined below shall be covered in accordance with Natural Disasters Act No.6305:
Buildings constructed as residence on immovable property registered in the title deed and subject to private ownership,
Independent sections covered under Property Ownership Act No.634,
Independent sections located in such buildings and used for commercial, office and similar purposes,
Houses built by the state or with the loan provided due to natural disasters.
Compulsory Earthquake Insurance also covers the following type of buildings meeting the above mentioned conditions:
Buildings for which a certificate/permit for occupancy has been obtained,
Buildings not having a registered type classification and listed as "land, etc." at the Land Registry Office,
Houses constructed by housing cooperatives without a Title Deed Allotment Certificate.
